Amy Sims, M.S., LCADC, MAC, SAP Addictionologist

Amy Sims is a licensed behavioral health professional with over 15 years of experience in the treatment of substance use and co-occurring disorders. A board member of the Maryland Association of Addiction Professionals, she is committed to advancing ethical, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care within clinical and educational settings. Amy is credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Master Addiction Counselor, Substance Abuse Professional, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is also an experienced educator in Human Services, preparing future counselors through curriculum development and instruction.
